What is not included.
The property must be regurlarly maintain.
The Ecovista algorythm calculates the time and cost of a service based on the assomption that the home is maintained frequently. If this is not the case, the time required to perform a quality house cleaning service can increase considerably. For this reason, it is important to assess the condition of your home. If this is the first time and you would like a more extensive clean, please contact us by email or phone to request it.
Dishes
Your cleaning professionnal may need access to the kitchen sink. For this reason, we ask that you keep the sink unobstructed before your housekeeping professional arrives. Dishwashing is also not included in a regular housekeeping service. If this is something you are interested in, we invite you to contact us by email or phone to request it.
Cluttered surfaces
In order to ensure quality work, we ask customers to free up cluttered surfaces such as countertops or floors. Otherwise, the worker will not be required to clean these areas.
Washer & Dryer
The interior and exterior of washers and dryers are not included in a regular housekeeping service.
Aquariums
Each aquarium is unique and must be maintained in its own way and requires the right expertise. For this, we leave the care of these to the owners.
The exterior of your residence
Cleaning services do not include any components outside the home. These services are provided separately.
Unsanitary conditions
Professionals do not clean up feces, urine or any other unsanitary material. The cleaning professional reserves the right to refuse to offer a service following the inspection of the premises if conditions are unsanitary. Since the client accepts these conditions when making an appointment, travel expenses may be charged if this situation occurs.
Out of reach places
For safety reasons, professionals have equipment that allows them to clean at heights without having to climb a stepladder or ladder. However, it is possible that despite this, certain areas may be out of reach and, at any time, a worker may refuse to clean certain areas if he or she feels that it could endanger him or her.
